Clean place

The place was very clean. Unfortunately, the 3 bedrooms on the second floor did not have air conditioning and it was very uncomfortable to sleep in the heat. The owner was also difficult to get hold of when we had issues with checking in and checking out.

Great stay in a great town!

The house is clean and very comfortable, with ample space for a large group. The house has beautiful original woodwork and style. I wish the house had a toaster and a baking sheet or griddle. The neighborhood is centrally located and pretty close to Milwaukee's downtown, lakefront, and cool eastside neighborhoods, though it's on the west side of I-43 in an "active" neighborhood (fireworks and gunshots? at night). Neighbors are friendly.

Clean and spacious home

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed our stay in Milwaukee for Oktoberfest. The home was clean and very spacious. We had bedrooms to spare. One thing to note is that the second bathroom is located in the basement. Not a problem for us, as we are all able adults. But something to consider if you are traveling with small children or elderly. Our hosts were very friendly and timely with communication. They took extra care and sent out their maintenance guy to assist when we weren’t able to get into the garage. Thank you for a great visit!
