Good hotel and location. Only downside is it’s tough to find parking as park and fly customers take all close parking. Have to park in back lot and walk to hotel.

take this hotel off your list of stays available

I had reserved a ing upgrade with a balcony. got there and the lady checked us in. went up to room and it was RIGHT AGAINST THE EL;EVATOR WALL! this is an upgrade! went down the awful person said, "Well, that is the room you asked for, (three times) and I said where on the hotel.com site does it ask me to request a room up against the elevator? then said, well , you are very rude! she was rude and snippy, I told her just to do her job and get us a new room, well then she put us a mile away from the elevator, so we had to walk and carry luggage. this hotel was v ertually empty on a tues nite in oak creek, wi. then she put someone right next to us that played music so loud the wall vibrated, an empty hotel, right! and the hair dryer didn't work, and the bed was old and lumpy, the hotel should be knocked down, HORRIBLE
