Not conducive for a restful night .

Checking in was a hassle. No driveway or parking available unless a car vacates a spot on the street. Parking for your vehicle is offsite and valet only for $30 per night plus tax. The hotel is small ,however we found out,with this property that meant you hear all the room doors slamming all night long along with all the unruly and late night partying of other patrons. It was truly a nightmare and the staff was unforthcoming and downright lacking in customer service.

We regret that your experience was anything less than perfect. as shown on our website and partner websites, we are a small converted apartment building with no driveway. We do offer one spot for loading and unloading which is never occupied for more than 15 minutes. South Beach is a vibrant neighborhood known for its nightlife and it is possible to hear people in the night hours. We are sorry that this was an issue for you. Excellent room and location

Great location convenient to all South Beach has to offer. Very clean room with nice little kitchenette only complaint was no coffee or coffee filters for the coffee maker.

Don't go in the winter time, you'll freeze!

The night we stayed at the Hotel the temperature got down to 58 degrees and it wasn't until then that I realized the window unit had no heat setting. Had a terrible night sleep and when I talked to the front desk the next morning they simply said that "we don't need heaters in Miami." Clearly this guy thinks everybody is stupid because the average low in Miami during the winter months is about 60 degrees and his assumption that I wouldn't know that was surprising. Also the linens on the bed smelled very bad and the combined issues kept us up most of the night. I would never stay here again.
