Good enough for the price. Wouldn't go out of my way to stay here again. No idea why their keycard system doesn't work. Almost every time we wanted to access our room we had to go back to the lobby to have them reprogram our room keys. Also no idea why they decided to paint the hallways a dark shade of gray that makes you feel like you're walking down a prison hallway.

Very nice staff & very helpful. Hotel is old. Lighting is bad inside room, no exhaust fan in bathroom. Although rooms are very large, that was nice. Great beach access. As much as daily resort fee is you still have to pay for an umbrella on the beach.

Conveniently located in the heart of South Beach, but was still quiet inside at night - the pool area and beach attendants were wonderful! Can't wait to return :)

I rent ocean front but this property don't have any ocean front so please don't sell anything as ocean front because this property only have ocean view and it really disappointed the you paid for something the you never going to get.

The staff are wonderful but doors slam loudly due to the set up in the halls and had multiple fire alarms go off at 2am and 3am, so much for sleep.

First the positives.The hotel is located in a prime location. Nice beach access. Enjoyed the art museum. Negatives.At check in I should of ran as fast as I could from here. The guy was borderline rude. Not welcoming. I had to ask about the parking, the beach access, amenities. He just took payment and handed key cards basically..All the floors needed cleaning whether swept, mopped, or vacuum this is in the main areas and the hallways.The room was dusty not all light fixtures worked. Ladies the lighting in the bathroom is terrible, very very dim.. I could not apply my makeup at all. The sheets were dingy as if they had not been changed. I would not recommend or stay here ever again.
