I used to come here often pre-Covid. This experience was a bit disappointing. The check-in process was a nightmare. Over an hour wait in the line and then there was no record of our stay in their computers. I was a bit disappointed that this was not a beach view unit. There was also a fire alarm in the morning. Not the best experience, but the Sea Stays owner was quick to assist with our problems. It was unclear to me that there was a separate check in and evidently we could have avoided the needless wait in line.

Good hotel with a great view. Not easy to communicate and get information with workers however. Place is nice but could definitely be renovated to make it a 4 star hotel instead of a 3.

Overall the stay was good. The unit was dirty and could definitely use a deep cleaning. Bathroom was the biggest area of concern. They have white bedroom furniture which is dirty so the 1st thing you see walking in to the bedroom is the dirty bed with a gorgeous view of the ocean.. the host communicates well however for the price I was have expected something more cared for. Oh and the restaurant downstairs extremely overpriced and the service was terrible.

Biggest plus is that it's near the beach. Sheets were not clean and maintenance was still working on a leak in the sink when we checked in, had to ask them for a change in sheets, also I didn't like that there was no rug in the room, It's a big hotel that needs renovation, some rooms are being advertised on a different hotel name because they are just so awful, some are nicer. One or two valet staff were rude. Once I witnessed they had damaged a guest's car and police was called by the guest. Front desk staff are polite but inefficient and slow.

We rented a room with balcony which had a beautiful view of the ocean. Valet parking was very nice and easy. Liked having refrigerator. Went to lower level for coffee and breakfast sandwiches every morning. Pool was big and clean.

Room was cleaned well and had beautiful view. Shower had very little water pressure and bathroom lock did not work. We had 4 beds and reservation for 4 people. There were only 3 blankets. Skimpy on towels for a 3 days stay. Bring your own shampoo and toiletries.

The property was as expected. Clean, had all necessary equipment. Utensil knives hard to use because they were not cutting at all.Melissa was very accommodating and provided additional beach chair per my request. Thank you Melissa for your attentiveness ! The unit had comfortable beds. The property is very conveniently located right on the beach. The pool is easy to access. I would rent this property again because of its location and affordability. There is free trolley nearby that brings you to South beach. There is affordable public buses band very affordable Uber and Lyft services To get to Miami City Center and Airport.
