We all enjoyed the campfire area and the families of deer that frequently paraded through the yard. The house comfortably accommodated us and was well equipped. "

However, the area felt lacking in diversity, and as a person of color, I didn’t feel welcomed by the local community. We experienced quite a few unfriendly and strange stares. While the home and its setting are lovely, I would caution that it may not feel as inclusive or comfortable for nonwhite guests"
