The hotel was clean, quiet and overall very pleasant. The front desk lady ( which I wish I could remember her name) was absolutely wonderful! She helped us find restaurants and was just a smiling face that interacted with you!!! Cookies and breakfasts were great! Only one disappointment was when I booked a room with a balcony thinking it was gonna be a room from the pictures and instead it was a balcony ground level right next to the parking lot.

The room was quiet, but smelled like it used to be a smoking room. A table, other than just a night table in there would also be greatly appreciated. And a 4 person room would feel like a 4 person room if it had night tables (or at least a small shelf) on both sides of the bed for phones, glasses, etc. The a/c filter in our room may not have been changed in awhile, as my eyes swelled up in an allergic reaction. The breakfast was great, much appreciated. More towels by the pool would be great as well. Overall, a good location, well looked after, but some tweaks would really elevate it.

Was great for a short stay after a week exploring Glacier. Some hotel rooms currently being renovated. Will be nice when work is finished but a great affordable hotel right on the river, within walking distance of Whitefish town.

Overall a good stay the property, great location close to town. The property was under construction but did not interrupt our stay. The pool and hot tub are dated and needed to be cleaned. Rooms were ok but could use a revamp.

The property is outdated; although, it looked as though they were doing some renovations. Unfortunately, our room was located downstairs and the room and floor was extremely musty smelling. The gym was also closed which was not advertised on the booking site and had I known this I would have chosen a different hotel.

Staff very friendly. A couple of nice amenities like kyaks and pool. Everything else is average or well below average at a big city price. Horrible bed, toilet seat that would not stay open, sink stopper that would not seal making it difficult to wash hard contact lenses; the little things that separate a quality property from a below average property.

The refrig was not cooling and the front staff did not send anyone to repair/replace it. After calling again, they claimed they didn’t have another one. I stated that we expected the room (at nearly $400 per night) to be equipped with a small refrigerator. The staff then decided they needed to take action. The property was under Reno, which meant extra refrigerators should have been on hand. Despite that, the property was great. Laundry service was free, too!!

We booked a river view king room with a balcony. We specifically chose this property so we could sit on our balcony and overlook the river. When we arrived they checked us in and to our surprised walked into our room and it was facing the parking lot with no balcony. We went back to the front desk, where we were met with excuses and blaming Expedia for the mix up. At the same time another lady came to the desk with the exact same thing happened to her. She was also livid. We paid in advance and more money for the upgrade rooms, only to find there was nothing they would do for us. They were sold out and could not offer us anything better. So we had no choice to stay in the terrible room facing the parking lot. Hallways weren’t fully painted and looked unfinished and our coffee maker was on the sink in the washroom leaving no room for personal items. They did in the end refund us one night stay. But all weekend they said they couldn’t do anything because the general manager was away until Monday. Even though the two people we were dealing with were managers. They apparently have no authority to make decision. We asked to be moved to any different room but were told everything is pre assigned and no room moves can take place. This entire experience ruined our weekend. We had been on the road travelling for 10 days and just wanted to relax on the balcony we paid for.

I loved the proximity to attractions and restaurants. Quiet place for a great sleep, beds comfortable. Sun loungers great! They need to update the rooms, there is a smell. Sofa bed mattress was nonexistent once you laid on it. A roll-a-way bed was great a helped the situation. A homeless man came into the pool area while we were in there for a swim as there is no lock so that only guests can enjoy.
