10,500 sq ft Luxury three story home with pacific northwest theme, 5 immaculate bedrooms, fitness center, home theatre, 2 kitchens, 2 sets of washer dryer (one on each floor), includes upstairs apartment, 16 ft solid pine dinner table that seats 20, huge bar, pool table, foosball, 9 flat screens with 81inch upstairs commons area, moosehead above fireplace, elk antler chandelier, all Viking appliances in both kitchens, 2000 sq ft balcony, 3 car garage, parking for 10 cars at house and 10 more on lot across street. Hands down best sunset you will ever see in Texas!

You will be absolutely amazed at the great room which spans 65ft by 30 ft. Bar stools of axis deer pelts, colorado mule deer for foot rest and Jackson Hole shed antler on base.

Oversized boat dock perfect for fishing or for your 24 ft boat and holds slip for 2 jet skis. Rentals can be arranged for either boats or jet skis through Lone Star Marina during the season or through owner of house through separate contract.

Meal package available for up to 30 for breakfast and dinner for $50 per person. Fishing charters for crappie, sand bass, huge hybrid bass, and 4 species of cats. https://www.chriswebbsfishing.com .
