Did not feel safe at this property. Blocked the door with chairs to prevent someone from coming in during the night. The lady a couple of rooms down from mine cried and moaned for hours. Worst experience ever.

Had a terrible time checking in. Took forever. Ask for a first floor room and didn’t get it. The remote for the TV did not work. Did not feel messing with desk to correct these two things.

The bed was comfortable, the room was nice.. I did however see a roach… just one … but letting you know so pest control can get rid of any there… food places were nearby and that was nice.. I had just went through day surgery and wouldn’t have wanted to go across town for food

NEVER AGAIN.

First off, the room smelled awful when we walked in. When you take a shower and then want clean towels (since they don't leave but a few), you have to bring your wet, dirty towels to front desk and wait awhile before they come back to give you towels and same goes for ice. I don't know where staff goes, but it takes awhile before they come back with a small amount of ice. They over charge you , not mentioning on website that there is a large fee for a pet. I had paid in advance and didn't like having to pay more after I got to front desk. Tried to check out on time with no person anywhere in the lobby building to take key card and called front desk with no answer at all and no one showed up. While waiting, found out from another guest that their room smelled very bad, also and they didn't like the trouble it was to get service, ice, or clean towels. Even had to take our garbage out so it wasn't over flowing in the room. Neither of us will ever stay at this place again.

I just dont know

The staff was AMAZING. Everything made me regret being here. My room stunk of weed because of one of the other rooms, i can hear every word of the conversation the next room was having, the couple fighting and screming, etc. The bed makes you appreciate the crappy one at home. You get what you pay for.
