Everything looked shiny and clean on the surface, BUT … as soon as we checked in, we were approached by a druggie in the parking lot asking for money. Got up to the room and it smelled awful: musty, like it had some type of mildew or water damage. The inside of the heating unit looked black, which probably explained the smell. In the kitchen, there were towels lying on all the window ledges, like there had been rain coming in. Overall, it just seemed like a place that isn’t being taken care of adequately. The $185 nightly cost was not worth it, despite the amenities.

Nice facility, clean and well kept. Room was very nice. Adequate storage and lighting. Room layout was nice and comfortable. Staff were friendly and offered great options for dinning. Breakfast had good options and a variety of choices. Orange juice station was not good. But the food was perfect.

I wouldn’t recommend! The positive thing was they allowed me to check in early like 2:10 instead of 3pm. However, the door wouldn’t close to our room unless you lifted and slammed it shut. The fridge was leaking and needed defrosting, practically froze the food. The construction was done very poorly. Slow elevator for only 3 floors, sounded like a herd of cattle when walking around above us, and no phones in any of the rooms. Some staff were friendly other staff allowed us to walk by them Multiple times without saying a word. The breakfast had promise, however, it had labels for egg white omelets and turkey sausage and when looked in the bin it was empty. She said they were out of egg whites and didn’t have any turkey sausage! I was disappointed. Don’t eat beef/pork, or whole eggs. Overall, it was fine for staying only one night. Wouldn’t stay longer

The staff was amazing. Kind and accommodating. The room had a STRONG chemical smell of Pine Sol or other similar cleaner along with a mold and damp smell. There was a roach crawling across the entryway as I was steaming my dress for the event I was there for.
