"They do not hold bags for early check in, and the girl acted like she had never been asked that before because she was confused. I put them back in my car until we could come back. An hour after checkin they called asking if we were coming, which was ridiculous because I already tried to checkin early. Parking was full and had to park at the hotel next door. Not sure why we have to register our vehicles if the plate number wasn’t required. There was hair on the floor in our room. The place smelled like cigarettes. It sucked having a room by the ice machine because we got woke up extremely early. Not sure that I slept to be honest. Bathroom was clean which was a plus. "
