I will not be coming back. They charged me for face towel that got makeup stain. We came all the way from Oklahoma to visit our family. They charged us a 100 dollar depsit and was trying to keep it. Never again.

Very convenient off the the highway 20 traveling from Shreveport LA service was high standard the room and the restroom very nice and clean’ Breakfast was excellent love the COFFEE…will be back to stay again…Highly recommended..thank you for your service.

Not my favorite.

First time staying here. We had a bunch of family visiting. The hotel is fairly new and mostly looked nice. Very clean so that was great. The suite was nice and large. It looked like it was wheelchair accessible however the bathroom had a bathtub which was weird. The night desk manager was not the best. She was in no hurry to check us in. My main issues with this hotel were two things. One our bed felt like we were sleeping in a taco. Totally collapsed in the middle and considering how new the hotel is, that shouldn't be possible. We couldn't roll out of bed and had to either help each other up or grab on to the headboard. That's how bad it was. Terrible night sleep. The other issue was they ask for a $100 deposit for room charges. ok no problem. However when I tried to get some snacks from the pantry charged to my room, they said no. I had to pay for the snacks. We travel quite a lot and I've never had that happen. If this wasn't the only hotel next to my son's house, I probably wouldn't stay here again.
