The 2nd St Bungalow is a cozy, recently renovated two-bedroom home located adjacent to historic Downtown Loveland. Upon entry, you will find a cozy and welcoming living room with large leather sectional sofa and smart television. An updated kitchen sits just past the living room area, with stainless steel appliances and a fully stocked amenities, ready to cook a delicious meal.

You will find tranquility and relaxation in the private fenced in backyard, with its outdoor dining table and umbrellas, a firepit to warm up on the cool evenings and yard games to enjoy with friends. Unwind next to the beautiful vegetable garden in the backyard over the summer months and enjoy the atmosphere of the delightful backyard space.

If you are looking for a cozy and comfortable home base for your Loveland getaway, The 2nd St Bungalow is the home for you. With two queen bedrooms located off of the main living spaces, you will find the privacy and comfort to have a fantastic stay in our lovely bungalow. Beds are made up with luxurious, high-quality linens sure to provide a fantastic night's rest. A full bathroom with walk-in shower is centrally located in the home with easy access from both bedrooms.

Looking for some entertainment? Check out the great downtown area with excellent restaurants, bars, movie theatre and more within a couple of minutes drive or a walkable distance from the home. For those who enjoy a good swim or workout, the recently renovated Chilson Recreation Center is just a couple of minutes drive away or a short walk.

The washer and dryer are available 24/7 and supplied with soap and softener.

We do accept dogs with a $100 pet fee per dog up to 2 dogs, and a $300 refundable security deposit. Please let us know if you plan on bringing a dog.

Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

With its downtown adjacent location, you will find plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping within walking distance. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is just a few minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Loveland is a sculpture mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Enjoy a stroll through world renown Benson Sculpture Garden, with hundreds of sculptures surrounded by lush lawns, beautiful gardens and water features. On the eastern side of town near The Promenade Shops at Centerra, you will find Chapungu Sculpture Park. This wonderful sculpture park has meandering trails adorned with monumental stone sculptures from Zimbabwean artists spread throughout 26 acres. Loveland is a sculpting mecca with various installments throughout town and bronze foundries that attract artists throughout the world. Towards the beginning of August, Loveland welcomes art enthusiasts from afar to show their pieces at Sculpture in the Park, a nearly 40 year running event that is truly a must see.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. With a one-hour drive north, you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming. Denver and Denver International Airport are also only an hour south.

Fort Collins is a wonderful college town just north of Loveland and a short 15 minutes drive, with availability to world famous breweries such as New Belgium and Odell Brewing Companies. Look them up online to schedule a brewery tour or visit the expansive tasting rooms for a taste of fresh and delicious made on site brews.

You will find a thriving downtown with quaint shops, a wide variety of restaurants, local coffee shops and great concert venues such as the Aggie Theatre. Fort Collins is an amazing spot to visit during your stay at The 2nd St Bungalow!
