Hot water was turned off in one of our rooms, easy fix but I had to call down twice as they didn’t fix it the first day. Also the difference between all inclusive and just hotel was very misleading an I would never have booked this resort at the rate I paid without all inclusive. Misleading, misrepresenting any feel taken advantage of. I have never had to pay for coffee in my room and surely not 5.75 usd for 2 extremely crappy coffees each day…

Good value in central location on the marina. Room was comfortable and spacious with a marina view. Mall next door was huge with large range of luxe and regular retail options and even a grocery store. The hotel is a bit outdated. The pool doesn’t seem desirable. The water is greenish instead of bluish. The hotel also charges for room cleaning daily on top of the room charges. My very first experience staying in a hotel that charges for room cleaning daily. The best of the hotel is only it’s location.
