The property was mediocre! we got bit by spiders in the bed. AC unit was leaking water from the ceiling. We ordered Room service they brought us the wrong food. overall, we try to make the best of it. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there!

We ended up being convinced to upgrade to their new hotel Kadun, which was lovely. However, it came at the cost of listening to "not a time share" presentation, which arguably was worse (its a new time share model they are calling fractional ownership- which renews every 30 years, lol). The "90 minute presentation" went on for three hours and we finally left and had to find our own transportation away from it. We used the facilities at Marina Fiesta the whole week as well, the pool was dirty, they were often out of towels, the cushions for the loungers were always missing during peak hours, and as everywhere- you constantly needed to prove you were a guest everywhere you went. Overall cheap and cheerful, but I probably wouldn't go back.

Our housekeeper, Marisol, was outstanding. She would not only clean the room but also washed and stacked our used dishes. The staff was accommodating but I only gave it four stars due to arrival 'handling'. I specifically told the desk attendant I would not sit through a timeshare presentation after being offered a drink immediately upon our arrival. I was assured there would be none. Our luggage was held captive while we sat through a presentation of shared ownership (hello timeshare) for better than a half hour. Since I prepaid my room at normal hotel pricing, I was agitated in being lied to at the front desk. Once we got that out of the way, everything else was delightful and exactly what I had anticipated. Marina Fiesta needs to be more transparent about their sales presentations.

The room was awesome and spacious, nice showers and beds ect. Pool was good. Staff where alright, lack or customer service a little bit. Food and drinks are extremely pricy, they charge $7.80 Canada for a bottle of water. Be prepared to spend. As well there is a $5 usd charge per day for room cleaning which is not disclosed prior to stay. Otherwise great place.

Balcony was nice overlooking the marina. Quite noisy at night with the restaurant/music one floor below us but thankfully it ended by 11:00 p.m. nice swimming pools and especially nice was the one at the front which was extra warm with bubbles. Would stay here again.

The bedroom was infested with cockroaches. They charge $5 a day to clean and sanitation but cockroaches were everywhere. Bathroom, closet, in the kitchen, shower. They washed some of our clothing when we made them aware of the cockroaches but damages dozens of luxury clothing items. The property is non responsive

For the Marina area it’s a pretty good hotel resort. The location is great and wonderful if you’re out for a fishing or beach activities. It’s mostly for fishing and boating. There was a complication checking in and no VIP Expedia treatment was available. We were expecting a higher floor in our junior suite but got a first floor with no marina view, but it was OK because we could walk right to the pool through our sliding glass doors, which ended up being OK and very convenient for going in and out of the pool. It’s still a great location for fishing and boating. No taxis required. Just walk out through the back to the secure gates to the boardwalk and Marina. Fishing was great. Overall, a pretty good experience.

The cleaning staff did a great job, however Marina Fiesta tried to add a 5.00 extra cleaning fee after we checked in which was not on our check in. It was added after the fact. Water was Not included in your room, neither was the coffee. I found that unreasonable as anywhere else I have been it was included.
