"The stay was nice. The hotel does sound a little creaky, but it is 99 years old. The rooms are very clean and restored well. Superior rooms have hard wood floors, tiled shower, desk and a king bed. The room also includes robes, a safe and a large closet for storage. There is a mini bar in the room. Tv is modern and has multiple streaming aps you can use if you have the respective streaming account."

"Asked for a couple pillows @ 1600 hrs. The remote attendant at the kiosk said they couldn’t provide any because the staff was gone for the day. There were no additional blankets beside the worn one on the bed. For $240 a night, a guest should be able to get an extra pillow and/or blanket. Not here, though. Not good."

"We LOVED our stay at the Sheraton Hotel! I went with my husband and 2 kids (teenager age and elementary school age) and they loved it as well. The hotel was super nice and clean as well as the room we stayed in. My husband and I also visited the bar in the lobby and that was very clean and open. The staff were super nice and there were many drink choices available. Our trip was to visit Universal Studios and it was so nice that the hotel even had a shuttle there every 15 mins even though the walk to universal was probably an easy 5-6 mins. Our last day we went to the restaurant in the hotel and the staff there were so nice and professional! The food was amazing and the restaurant was very upscale looking but also casual enough for my kids to wear basketball shorts and hoodies. Over all a 10 out of 10 and we will always be coming back! "
