Loved the convenience of this flat. Be prepared, its noisy all day and night with a bar located below you open till 3 am. As well there is no a/c so opening the windows to get air makes it even louder and smellier from the restaurant kitchen vents that surround the area. But like I said, the area is amazing and is fairly close walking distance to whatever you want to see and do, so bonus. Hint if you book here, close the livingroom door to block the bar noise and plug in the available table top fan to block noise and give you air while you sleep. Really works well.

Great modern new apartment. Really perfect position for theatre district and amazing food and drink options all around. Everything easy to understand and really good value for a big apartment. 2 mins walk to tottenham court road station so easy short trip from heathrow and into city. Slight negative that heating was locked at 18 so was a bit cold at some times (March stay) as tradtiional windows. Couple of flights of stairs (no lift) but would only be am issue if people came with bags they struggled with. Excellent wifi througout and all necessary kitchen equipment. Totally recommend

Ich war wirklich sehr positiv überrascht als ich die Unterkunft betreten habe. Es ist alles sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet. Alle Geräte, Fußbodenheizung etc. hat funktioniert. Nichts kaputt oder schmuddelig. Auch das einchecken über Türcode und schlüsselkasten hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Die Lage ist überragend, höchste Dichte an Pubs und Restaurants. Trotz der Lautstärke Abends, hat man im Schlafzimmer nichts mitbekommen davon, somit konnte man gut schlafen! Die Kpche ist sehr schön, kaum benutzt und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Die Unterkunft kann ich nur empfehlen und werde ich wieder buchen!
