The hotel is nice and the staff was great. The area sround the hotel is not nice and there is no metro station close. The room had a few patches of maintenance fixes that were left visible.

The hotel is conveniently located near Central London, making it easy to travel to all major attractions from Old Kent Road. Although breakfast wasn’t included, the food was good. I do wish they had offered a variety of breakfast options during our 3-day stay. Overall, the hotel was satisfactory in terms of security and cleanliness.

Amazing Staff

I genuinely wasnt sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were all amazingly friendly and helpful, I had an issue with the water draining in the shower, mentioned it when I left the room for the day and by the time I took a shower the next day it was fixed! I felt very secure and safe, you couldnt even get into reception without a keycard at night and then you needed to scan again to access the rooms area. Would abaolutely stay here again when i'm next in london. Thank you for a relaxed easy trip.

The location was very convenient for those exploring the city. You can get public transportation from a nearby stop and Line 21 gets you to London Bridge within 10 minutes and is very convenient and from there you can connect to underground metro. The Hotels' family room was very convenient, and it offers 1 double and 3 single bed and is deal for a family with 3 kids. The staff was helpful and the area around the hotel was safe even though it may not look great as the buildings and shops are old and look a bit dated and run down. Overall, my experience was great, and I would recommend it for anyone who is looking for value for the money.

Great hotel.

There were hairs on the beds when arrived but the cleanliness of the rest of it was great. The staff where friendly and welcoming. The cups in the room are very small but we asked for bigger ones and the staff were more than helpful. Will definitely be staying here again. Dont let the area put you off

Comfortable, clean room--really good value for the price. Stayed on the third floor and didn't have any noise issues. Not very close to any Tube stops, but very close to lots of bus connections.
