The staff were so very helpful and knowledgeable for tourists to have a great visit. Being only steps from the Tube made it ultra convenient. Our room and bed were well appointed and spacious. The desk was a great size and had many power options for gadgets. However we were not able to cool our room to a comfortable temperature. The light in the wardrobe wouldn’t turn off so made the room brighter than we would like. Also no power by the bed side tables which we found inconvenient for our phones.

The room is quite dated, wardrobe door was hanging off as the hinge was broken so the light was stuck on which we had to unscrew, scuff marks and damage around the desk and furniture. The bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked out light, but as it is so close to Warren Street station you can hear the tube every few minutes rumbling by as we were located on the first floor. I here is also a 24 hour Tesco’s just outside which is noisy.

Gorgeous hotel, the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful from the second I walked in. Room was spotless clean, very comfortable and quiet. Excellent location for buses and the Subway. Very close to Oxford Street and shopping near by for food. Will definitely stay at this hotel in future.

Everything I like in a hotel for a couple of nights stay was here and very nice. The only small downside (which is not the fault of the hotel at all) is the fact that it is on a main road which means the noise from the traffic was a bit loud. But this is London and you have to take that into consideration!
