Very clean and comfortable . The main drawback is its walking distance from Kings Cross and its very poor signage on the building so one can easily miss it and wander around. Get more obvious eye level signage!

The breakfast was very nice with a huge selection of choices. The staff were very accommodating. Our room was very clean however it was noticed the next day that the windows were open. I would say that the staff should be checking that out along with cleaning. All and all we had a great stay. The tub should have the bath mat already in place as it can be very slippery. Thank you for a great stay

While the reception staff were very kind and helpful, unfortunately the service at breakfast was disappointing. The waitstaff were unprofessional, and I even heard inappropriate language being used, which was quite uncomfortable.
