Great hotel, very convenient location

Very friendly staff. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. We got a room with a view to the garden and it was beautiful. Breakfast is excellent and the restaurant offers great options. This is our second time staying at this hotel and we are planning to come back again.

Ideal location for us to access the District Line and Picadilly Line. Enjoyed the café on the property (but too complicated for a buffet or special order breakfast 😅) Staff were kind. Cleaning staff were inconsistent and had to ask for items nearly every day. Overall, loved it.

Hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, they were fast responding when we called the concierge for taking our heavy luggage down to check out. We booked a garden view room, which was nice and quiet but the room is kinda small not enough space for opening up a large size checked in suitcase. Beautiful and cozy hotel in a quiet street

Beautiful and well maintained hotel nestled in a lovely and quiet area. The rooms are clean and well lit with good decor. There is a restaurant, a bar and a coffee shop (breakfast area) so there are plenty of options inside the hotel. The patio is also nice. This hotel is conveniently located a few steps from the underground station where you can go directly to Heathrow Airport. We’ll definitely stay here again.
