The room we had was small compared to what we are used to. Location was good for sight seeing. Beds were ok, but not good or great. Quite noisy with train traffic close by. Room was not warm and the over door unit would not switch to heat mode. If you are in London for a couple days it is ok but not for longer term visits in my opinion.

Room was clean , maintained daily. Requested a room for 3 persons , didn’t expect it to be so small however , barely any room to walk with 3 luggages , perhaps I should have checked the size of room for reference as the pictures seemed different . Aside from being a really comfortable, clean room with a super bed and duvet, the reception allowed me to checkin early. After a red-eye flight, this was a lifesaver and I appreciated it.
