THE SPACE:

**UPDATE PLEASE READ** The resort, Outrigger Kauai Beach Resort, notified private owners that renovations are to begin mid-October 2025 lasting through second quarter 2026. The renovations affect the following indoor amenities: the lobby, lobby bar, fitness center & spa, laundry center, and the Shutters bar. The main restaurant, gift shop, and Starbucks remain open. Outdoor public areas remain unaffected including all pools, jacuzzis, beach access, and the snack/tiki bar. We have updated our prices during that time to reflect the reduced indoor amenities. Our room. building corridor, beach view, easy access to the pools and beach are completely unaffected.

By booking with us as opposed to booking directly with the resort you will enjoy a steeply discounted rate at this 4 star luxury resort.

Daily housekeeping is not provided since we are private unit. In addition to the essentials such as shampoo/conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, we provide bath towels, beach towels, and extra linens. Enjoy a starter supply of coffee for the Keurig. A mid-size refrigerator, plates, dishes, and mugs are also provided. To enhance your island adventures, a day cooler with freezer packs, a sand mat, two beach chairs, a beach wagon and umbrella can be found in the closet! Cooking is not allowed in the unit but there is a microwave at the resort that is available for guest use.

Stays longer than 7 nights will receive a complimentary mid-stay clean. If your stay is less than 7 nights you may arrange for a cleaning for a $75.

You'll have access to all Kauai Beach Resort's amenities, including 4 pools, a water slide, multiple Jacuzzis, and a grotto! There is a Kid friendly pool featuring a sandy beach-like entrance and gradual play area. Enjoy a panoramic sunrise view from the beach just seconds from your door. You will also have access to a 24/7 fitness center, a business center, laundry room (accepts credit cards), gift shop with Starbucks, a salon and more. The resort also features a full-service spa with sauna. There are several on-site dining options, both formal and informal, making it easy to indulge in the ultimate island getaway. The poolside Driftwood Tiki bar features island drinks, tap beers, snack and lunch options, as well as a large tv for sports fans.

GUEST ACCESS:
Once you check in at the front desk, VRBO guest(s) will have full resort access to all amenities such as restaurants, pools, fitness and business centers, spa, etc.

ARRIVAL:
Please check in at the front desk. The keys will provide access to your room and the fitness center.

PARKING:
Parking is available at the resort. The resort will take payment directly at check-in for $40+tax per day.

HOUSEKEEPING:
Daily housekeeping is not provided, but mid-stay cleans and/or fresh towels can be arranged for a fee. If your stay is 7 or more nights, we will provide a complimentary mid-stay clean at your convenience.
