There is no trash pick up, no free water bottle, place is depressing due to lack of service. Kitchen is always closed. They need to make up the room. The place needs to be updated and have free breakfast buffet. Shuttle service around the area will help. Will not stay there again.

When I checked in they required a $5 parking fee to park. In a lot shared with a bank and a gym. I asked if they had a pass to put in the window they said no. Just a way to scam $5 off of you. The Expedia site said free parking. They also asked for my email to join their Sonesta club and get faster internet speed. I never got it and when I called the front desk they said they never heard of such a thing. Scammer hotel for sure!
