I truly loved the hotel. The location was perfectly located and walkable to shops, city hall, love park and Christmas village. Rooms are nice, quiet and beds were comfy. We took advantage of the valet service (although it’s a bit pricey) but due to the convenience it was worth it. Truly had a great Philly experience and the hotel was part of it! Would stay here again.

Breakfast, appetizers and popcorn all excellent delicious homefries, no complaints about the food! Amazing, friendly staff. Really enjoyed interacting with the restaurant staff, a fun group. Our housekeeper was also very nice and accommodating. Great location too and friendly fellow patrons, always a plus.

Check in was at 3. Our room was still not ready by 4:30 and we had an event at 5. We had to get ready in the lobby restrooms and were late to the event that we flew to Philadelphia for. The lights flickered on and off all night long and not even turning them off would get the flickering to stop. Overall not a good experience. Would not recommend to others and would not stay here again.

This was the fanciest hotel I've ever stayed in. The suite with the jetted tub was an unknown pleasure I didn't realize I was missing. Nothing better than retreating to my room after a busy day in Philly and decompressing in the tub then having food from the restaurant brought up to the room. I will 100% stay here the next time I am in Philly.

We love all of the Kimpton hotels we have stayed in and this one did not disappoint! The building boasts gorgeous art deco architecture, the rooms are comfortable, the staff is friendly, and the bar/restaurant is terrific! Valet parking is a bit pricy but, considering that the hotel is right in the heart of Philadelphia, it is totally worth it! 5 stars all the way!
