My pros: Check in was quick. The person at the front desk was extremely nice! The room was comfy. My cons: I was not informed that there would need to be a $100 deposit made until I arrived, AFTER I had already paid for my room. I also booked a king room but got a double queen instead. One of the reasons I booked here was for the kitchen amenity. Once we arrived, we requested the pots/pans and other kitchen utensils only to find out that there was everything EXCEPT pots and pans available which we had to refuse since we had no way to cook the food that we brought with us. The “breakfast” was a nice touch but they should NOT advertise nutri grain bars and coffee as breakfast. While my stay was short it was enjoyable. I would probably stay again but I would have to take the extra steps to make sure I can be accommodated a little better.

The room needs to be upgraded the table was loose the bathroom looked horrible the sink look like it's not cleaned but I know it was the refrigerator is old and it said call downstairs for pots pans and eatery we call and they didn't have any and it need to be told before booking we have to put a $100 deposit and pay for parking

The room had a really bad smell!! Not only that there was roaches on the bathroom and on the room! Me and my family could not stay there at all we left right after our check in. They could not give us amother room or do anything because the matainance persona was not there they said!!!

The receptionist was busy with his call during the checkin process and it was a very bad customer service. Very disrespectful. The rooms were not clean. Towels, bed sheets had dirt and hair. Was very disgusting. Very disappointing.

It was the worst experience hotel I’ve ever went to.Came in nobody was at the counter even when we left still services were horrible.When looking at this hotel it says no smoking but everybody was smoking.Hallways everything smelled like cigarettes.First night there was a fire in the laundry room and bathroom was dirty.

As soon as we got there felt wrong, when we opened the room the smell of cigarette and pee was unbearable the floor was sticky and the bed covers was all stained like big yellow satins on white sheets, they told me that there’s nothing that they could do no cleaning service no nothing told them to follow me to the room and even they were surprised gave me “clean sheets” equally stained. I slept sitting on the floor the stench weak me up next morning i was out of there by 5 am ask for a refund cause I booked for 10 nights that was impossible to achieve the worst experience of my entire life

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had. The room was dirty when we arrived, grease beside the refrigerator, dust and dirt under the bed, and a floor that would dirty the towel is you wiped up water. The hotel has roaches as well. Despite reporting issues, the staff showed no interest in resolving anything. The biggest problem was that the hotel had no hot water for two consecutive days, making it impossible to shower. The staff response was, "It's a hotel, some times things break." Our stay was far below basic expectations for comfort and safety.

I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Our stay was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first thing we noticed was a cockroach in the room, which immediately made us uncomfortable. On top of that, both the toilet and sink were clogged, making the bathroom basically unusable. There were visible stains on the lamp, adding to how poorly maintained the room felt. The entire space had a strong cigarette smell, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. To make matters worse, the front desk staff were unprofessional and seemed uninterested in helping with any of the issues we reported. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I definitely won’t be returning.
