Our room was spacious and clean. Bathroom could use an update - may be time to remove the old telephone hanging on the wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, we would chose this hotel again when coming to Big Rapids.

When i arrived the staff member was sitting on the couch and acted as tho i was disrupting him, but check in was ok. The breakfast food in the AM was barely luke warm and the room refrigerator was not cold. Bed was good and it was quiet so thankful for q place to rest
