I was not happy with my stay at all. I had a 1 bedroom suite and the neither of the tv’s worked. I had kids with me. The next morning staff was very unhelpful. Room slept 4 not enough towels for 4 people. I asked for extra towels brought all the towels down to get one hand rag and one drying towel and the front desk clerk brought me bag a one hand towel and said thats all she had. Did not try to find house keeping. I had to go search for a cart to get my own towels. Flies in my room not the cleanest just overall horrible stay i will be contacting corporate because front desk was no help in accommodating anything for the horrible stay i experienced. Wont be staying there again to move my kid into college i know that for sure.

We were going on a mini getaway with our dog for the first time and we had to find somewhere that accepted them and that was one of the few places that did in the area. The front staff that was working the night shift check in came up and loved on our dog and it was cute and appreciated. There is no freezer in the room which was annoying as we had things we had to keep frozen and couldn’t. The morning shift check out front desk was kind of off putting and had in headphones. The breakfast was okay and I would definitely stay here again!

I was a little upset that the wifi wasn't working. The room above us kept jumping around all night to the point it shook our bed and woke us up. When I asked for someone to call and ask them to relax (mind you it was past 12) nothing changed. Breakfast was good for the most part. I was upset there was a late check out fee, for only 1 hour longer, a bit much. Unfortunatley I don't think we will be staying at this location our next trip.

Heavy stomping v

I am not sure if it’s the hotel itself or just happened to have 2 guests staying in the room above us and whenever they walked we heard them 😣 it was very frustrating trying to sleep (with a sound machine on) and you hear stomping above you at 1:30am-11am. Barely got any sleep. Front desk was nice above it even though we complained twice but they really couldn’t do anything for us because rooms were filled and they wouldn’t move us. Not very Comfortable

The staff was very nice and efficient. We had to wait for our room since we were early and they offered us coffee/tea and cookies and a comfortable sofa while we waited. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent and checkout was easy. They were completely full of guests yet it was quiet in our room. The air conditioner in the room was not as cool as we like for sleeping but maybe we didn't know how to adjust it properly. All over a good experience and we would stay there again.

Great staff at this often full hotel.

The food options at breakfast were good. The room was comfortable. This is a property I have stayed at before. The staff were nice. The carpeting and upholstery is ready for deep cleaning. I hope that can be accomplished. This is a good location with dining options nearby. Efforts have been made to make the exterior inviting. Slept fine.

The stay was totally fine until I checked out. I had asked for a late check out which was great but the lovely front desk clerk offered if I would like to stay longer for $25 until 4 pm which worked for me as I had a late flight out of Grand Rapids. When I checked out at 3 pm instead of 4 pm I was told I would have a full night charge instead of the $25 that was offered, I did not ask for it. After arguing with the front desk manager for 15 min or so they did finally give me the original price. Just left a sour taste in my mouth as this was offered to me, Ivdid not ask to check out at 4 pm.
