Welcome to Villa La Isla, where your dream vacation awaits! As you approach the property, you'll notice two driveways available for guest parking, providing ample space for up to 6 vehicles, boats, or RVs. The main home's entrance is accessed from the upper driveway, while the first casita, with its private entrance, is situated to the left upon entry.

Inside the main home, you'll be captivated by the incredible views that extend from the open kitchen to the living area. Recently remodeled, the open kitchen boasts beautiful quartz counters, modern colors, and glass tile that perfectly complements the stunning crystal blue lake. It's the ideal space for gathering with your family for big meals and creating lasting memories. The main home features 3 private bedrooms and a versatile kids den that can be used as an optional 4th bedroom. Additionally, through the main home, you'll find the entrance to the upper pool table casita room. Upon entering the casita doors, you can go upstairs to the loft area, which serves as the 6th bedroom, or downstairs to the private office area.

Outside, we offer a heated pool and spa with breathtaking lake views. Please note that there is an additional cost of $75 per day for heating the pool. Adjacent to the pool, you'll find the pool house and bar, perfect for enjoying the best views in town while sipping cool drinks on hot days. CASITA 1:
This is bedroom 1, located next to the entrance of the main home and featuring its own private entrance. Inside, you'll find a comfortable king bed and a twin bunk bed. The casita also includes a full bathroom, a kitchenette equipped with a mini fridge and coffee maker, and a spacious walk-in closet. This room is ideal for families with small children or older guests seeking privacy and tranquility.

MAIN HOUSE

MASTER BEDROOM - Bedroom 2:
Prepare to be mesmerized by the amazing lake views from this room. It offers a king bed, a full-size daybed with a twin-size trundle, a TV, and an outdoor private sitting area. The grand bathroom features double sinks, two walk-in closets, an oversized soaker tub, and a massive walk-in shower complete with two rainfall shower heads.

GUEST ROOM MAIN HOUSE - Bedroom 3:
This room also offers astonishing lake views and is furnished with a king bed and a TV.

Guest Bathroom:
A shared bathroom with a tub and shower.

GUEST BEDROOM 2 MAIN HOUSE - Bedroom 4:
Adjacent to the kids den, this smaller bedroom features a daybed with a trundle and a smart TV.

KID'S DEN - Bedroom 5:
Designed as the ultimate hangout spot for kids, this room boasts a triple bunk bed, a daybed with a trundle for sleeping, and a smart TV. Please note that this room does not have a door and is intended for kids.

UPPER POOL HOUSE CASITA

Loft/Bedroom 6:
Welcome to the adult playroom! This space offers incredible views, a top-of-the-line pool table, a TV, and a balcony overlooking the lake. Additionally, the room is equipped with a full bar featuring a mini fridge, sink, dishwasher, and microwave. A queen-size daybed with a twin-size trundle is also available, along with a private bathroom and shower.

PRIVATE OFFICE:
Located downstairs from the loft area in the upper casita, this room provides a private and distraction-free environment for work or attending to private business matters while you're away.

This exclusive space offers the luxury of having your very own private restaurant and bar. Please note that the Pool House is designed to provide an open and spacious atmosphere. However, it's important to be aware that this area does not have air conditioning. While it's a perfect spot to relax during most seasons, please consider that sleeping in the Pool House during the hot summer months may not be as comfortable due to the lack of A/C.
