"Property is beautiful, beach was overrun with sargassum, so unusable. Pools close at 6pm, which is a bummer if you’ve been on excursions all day. They do not let you take leftovers from the restaurant, which is a huge waste of food combined with limited food options after hours."

"The atmosphere was great! Food was amazing, except for the steak in the Alta Gracia side. Did not meet the ecxpectations for steak one bit for having to make reservations and the waiter was not attentive at all, had no eye contact whatsoever and seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Other than that our trip was amazing. Yuma was the best bartender ever! He made our trip so much fun and worth going back to visit again. A lot of the negative things that are said on the reviews are NOT true, so I suggest you judge off your own experience as everyone will not have the same look as others. "
