There were several of us at the desk reporting the issue. The first suggestion was trying running the water for 10 minutes. I stated that I already done that. Technician agreed to come out. We were told to check for hot water in a couple hours. Other customer asked to be notified when fixed and front desk said they would not be able to do that. We were offered snack bar item as compensation. Thank goodness the hot water came back on as I had not been able to shower in days and had 12 hour flight and commute to get home in the morning. Also suggest providing charging outlets on both sides of the bed. Thanks."
