Disney Paradise Villa w/ South Private Pool

Our 5 bedroom vacation home is on one of Kissimmee's premier developments, the beautiful and highly regarded Cumbrian Lakes Gated Community. Only a short drive away from Disney, Universal, Sea World and several World Class Golf Courses, with 3 full bathrooms, 2 half bathrooms and a great lake & conservation view from the South facing pool deck and master suite balcony.
The villa is located in one of the prime lots of the community on the quieter south side where the lake ends and the forest begins, which means you get to see so much of the beautiful Florida wildlife from the pool deck whilst relaxing in the sunshine all day long.

LOUNGE
With over 2400 square feet there is plenty of space for the whole family to relax and unwind after a day of exploring everything the Orlando area has to offer. The living area has a large open plan with a flat screen tv and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone. It’s adjacent to the kitchen and dining room so the whole family can be together. There’s an additional lounge area with couches, a great place to socialize or relax with a book.
EAT
This home features a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, pantry closet. Overlooking the dining area, family room and pool, the kitchen allows you to prepare meals and still be part of the fun. Enjoy a casual meal at the breakfast bar, with seating for 3, or a family meal at the dining table with seating for 8. There is an additional formal dining table with seating for 6. along with ample seating and tables on the lanai for alfresco meals.
RELAX
Go for a swim in your private South West facing pool with pool Safety Fence or soak up the Florida sunshine on the spacious pool deck in one of the 3 luxurious chaise loungers. Dine alfresco under the large covered lanai at the patio dining set or simply relax and read a book. The pool deck looks over a beautiful lake and forest, home to many species of Florida's wildlife, with visitors to the lake a regular sight particularly at dawn & dusk. The pool deck also has a removable child safety fence for the little ones.

Discover the fun filled Games Room in the garage which features a pool table and foosball table. Perfect for those no-outing days or just extra fun after a day at the theme parks. If it's electronic gaming there's a PS4 & Wii with flat screen TV up the stairs at the loft area.

The property was clean but needs a lot of updating. Generally, the furniture, especially beds, were uncomfortable. We cooked often and needed to purchase a few things for the kitchen as cooking items were not in good condition.The pool was very nice and the location was convenient.

The house itself was in a lovely location, was family friendly and was close enough to all the amenities to allow us to do the things we wanted to.Unfortunately for us the pool heating was broken at the time of our visit, so we didnt really get a chance to use the pool properly. But the property management company tried all they could to fix it, and quickly refunded us when they found out it wouldnt be fixed until after we had gone home.One of the neighbours had 3-4 yappy dogs who would not stop yapping whilst they and their family were outside, but it was quiet again by the evening.The layout of the house is lovely and the pool table in the garage was used regularly by our family for evening fun.

Great holiday. House was perfect. Good location for all the sites of Orlando. Not far from supermarkets. The only thing we could say, is that a little welcome pack would have been great with some basics like milk, bread and jam just to help after a long flight. Apart from that everything was GREAT.

We arrived to a clean and welcoming house, we were tired upon arriving but everything was set up for our arrival. Home location is within a quiet neighborhood and was a welcome change to the parks atmosphere. WiFi, pool, were terrific and very much appreciated. Great get away

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. South facing pool gives you sun the majority of the day. Large beautiful home gives you more than enough room to relax and feel right at home. Hosts were also very responsive to answer any questions we had leading up to and during our stay.

Excellent villa!

We had a wonderful stay in the villa, it was comfortable and relaxing and very spacious. We love Cumbrian Lakes, it’s our favourite location and this is the best villa we have stayed in! We enjoyed the facilities of the pool and the games room when not out at the Parks, which were an easy drive away. We saw lots of wildlife around the lake and woke up to a herd of deer just outside the pool screens one morning! I would love to stay in the villa next time we visit Florida, I hope it’s available!

Great stay

We loved the location of the property. Very close to Disney. It was great for what we needed. The pool could have been warmer. I paid for it to be heated and it was barely warm on some of the days we were there. The heater might need to be checked. Other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation and experiences.The house is in a great location with access to all amenities and easy to get to the parks.My kids loved the decorations and my parents were stoked to have and evening game of pool. Everything at your fingertips. Grocery minutes away. Pizza delivery. Disney 25 minutes. Cocoa beech 1:25. Loved the stay! Pool was perfect for family with acceptation of maybe an access handle for disabled. loved it still. I would certainly visit again. It’s booked far out and this is why. The house was as expected. Clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We had a couple of minor issues that were dealt with very quickly, we didn’t spend much time in the villa. We had a big issue with ants in our last few days which meant we had to throw out a lot of food from the pantry. This was annoying and expensive. We have not experienced this before. The only other issue was the air con which wasn’t cold enough and would turn off at night making the bedrooms uncomfortably warm to sleep. Overall a great stay.

Great Home Away from Home

Check in was very easy and the villa was lovely and clean on arrival, with the exception of some of the dishes which had been put away in the cupboard still dirty and greasy but we quickly put this right with a thorough wash. The property has everything you need for a family with all age ranges. The only this that would have been nice would be to have proper sized cot sheets for the baby crib and travel cot rather having to try and substitute with a single bed sheet and a bath towel! One of the rings on the stove did not work which did make it difficult to cook for a large family of 10. The fault was reported but sadly not fixed so cooking was a struggle at times One of the huge bonus points to this house is the large fridge/freezer with the plumbed water supply and ice maker. No need to hump huge bottles of water from the supermarket back home and then take up the fridge space! We didn't use the games room at all but it did have plenty of options for young ones if required. The pool area was lovely with a lot of space and enough seating for everyone. The loungers and chairs could perhaps to with a little TLC as starting to look a little tired and tatty with cushions parting with their stuffing and indeed one of the loungers actually broke and was out of commission for our entire stay of 14 days. When contact was required with the hosts they were very quick to respond. All in all we had a really enjoyable stay with our family and would not hesitate to book again.
