The hotel as a whole was excellent. The pillows were kind of weird, we all woke up with stiff necks both days. Our friends stayed at the property as well and they also woke up with stiff necks. As a whole it was a good property to stay at.

The staff was amazingly helpful. The room and lobby were clean. Breakfast was great with a quite the variety of. Salim was friendly, caring and very helpful as my husband has mobility issues and Salim was so kind and attentive.

"Horrible experience I flew to Columbus for a funeral with a room booked at the Sonesta Simply Suite. Upon my evening arrival, the parking lot was pitch black at 9pm with no lights to be found. After finally arriving in the lobby, I was met by an employee who immediately stated they were overbooked. Her focus was merely to make sure I knew they had no room for me. After going back and forth with her, asking why there was no prior notification, she said that happens all the time with their system. Almost 400 miles from home with no room, i was very upset. I will never reserve another room here again. "
