The rooms were really clean. The front desk staff both day and night were amazing! The fact that key cards don’t open any of the side or back doors was disappointing. It was super cold and our room was on the back side of the hotel and parking was full due to multiple tournaments in the area. We would have to walk all the way around the building in less than 10° weather. In the end we would drop someone off at the front to go open the doors in the back for us. Also charging $75 up front in case someone uses the little snack area is ridiculous. Just charge people if/when they actually use it. Now I have to watch my card to make sure I don’t get charged for it. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay again.

Nearby is a paved walking trail. I wasn’t able to use it because of rain but love to use paths like that.

Sports trip
The room was not super clean. The carpet was stained, the walls were dirty and the pool area was not well-maintained. The pool was also closed for one night if our stay. The hotel looked updated, just not maintained. Staff was overall friendly and welcoming.
