The food options are limited and of low quality for the cost. A $50 plate of pasta should never arrive at a table cold. Lunch and dinner options are limited. Paying the price for a meal here should be remembered as amazing, not blah, blah, blah. The breakfast buffet is overpriced. The Luau was a great show, the food was pretty good. Standing in line in the heat for 45 minutes is ridiculous. Elderly people need places to sit in the line. Put some benches along the walkway. The lagoon was amazing. The prices for using water toys is ridiculous. Majority sat unused due to the high cost. Management were very attentive. Carter was especially helpful to address any concerns raised. The staff were very friendly and respectful. "
