This nice apartment is located in a safe area. The check in process was easy and straightforward. I received Great communication from host the entire process. There were fun board and card games left by the host for us to play.

Comfortable and convenient!!

Booked this location to attend a concert at the NRG Stadium, and it was perfect! It was even closer to the stadium than what I thought which made being dropped off, and picked up, so easy. It was also close to everything else we had planned, attractions and food wise, so A for convenience. Host gave very detailed instructions for everything, so check in/out was a breeze. The apartment itself was very clean, and comfortable, for 3 adults and 1 teenager. Felt safe, and loved having the security of a parking garage. Entire complex was clean and the pool was beautiful! Will definitely book again.

Nice and Convenient

The unit is in a convenient location for the area around all the health centers, Hermann Park, Zoo, NRG Stadium and Rice University.The unit is very well stocked and has nice amenities including a gym and covered paring with access directly to the unit.

very welcoming and clean, can park right next to the front door so packing and unpacking is very convenient. clean space , provides with almost everything down to coffee and laundry detergent! 10/10 very pleasant space:) .. and i think the pool was heated loved it !!

Great Place. Great Location.

Island Breeze did not disappoint. The apartment was very clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. The location was safe and very quiet. The host is very responsive. It is near the Medical Center and has a variety of dining options close by. We have to return at the end of May and were disappointed that it is not available for our dates. Would definitely stay again.

Houston Livestock Show Exhibitor

I stayed her with my daughter while she showed her animal at the 2025 Houston livestock show. The location is close to the livestock show. It is clean and seems safe. It is near several restaurants. Parking is a little tight in the garage but we made it in a crew cab, long bed truck.

Super convenient and central area to everything. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. The place itself was clean with a comfy king sized bed. Would stay here again!

Code to get in the parking garage is not working at all, trying to read the host never get response, VRBO can't read the host too, have to wait a day to get response from the host, floor is dirty

To take a class

I booked this to go to a class. I canceled the reservation before the 31st and i was supposed to get half of my money back from the booking, and i did not receive my refund. At 1st the host said i was not suppose to get any money back but (the policy stated i would get half back) he would give me the full refund that when i told him i did not think i would get the whole refund just half and he agreed on half . I never received it.

Great stay

We loved everything about this property. We love the beach so the tropical theme was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. Terrific pool, quiet property, garage parking close to the room, nice neighborhiod. And close to MD Anderson. Will definitely stay again

Great little place

We were only there a few hours and it was me (mom) and my son (2). First note is that I liked the gated parking area. I felt safe and secure there. The apartment is on the bottom floor so easily accessible. It was clean and cozy. The bed was super comfy too. I really appreciated the selection of coffee and provided creamer. It was great! We will stay again!

Short term stay!

Property was clean and looked just as it was supposed to in the picture on website. Sofa is a lil worn out but not to bad. Bed was pretty much comfortable, only thing i recommend is to not forget your bathroom essentials especially soap. Me an my wife forgot ours and the soap dispenser that’s in the shower was cheap it didn’t even make any soap sud when you apply it to the towel. Pool is directly out back door if you like to swim also. Overall stay was fine communication with host is poor if you have any questions or concerns!
