First, I will start out by saying that I had read a ton of reviews before booking here. There was a lot of other places but I needed something close to Little Saigon. This one had the least regarding bugs and smell and odor. Now it could be just the timing or my specific stay. In spite of everything I've read, I had a very nice stay here. Pretty much had no issues whatsoever. Staff: so staff was very nice and professional. Like I said maybe it was on the day of my stay but I didn't get any negative interactions. Elevator: so people have talked about how there's only one working. Which is still the case but I didn't find any problems with that. There's also this "bad" smell everyone keeps mentioning. It's not that bad. Honestly if no one had mentioned it I wouldn't have noticed. Hallway: now the hallway could use some deep cleaning, regarding the carpet, but I'm not here for the hallway. I'm here to stay in my room. Rooms: these are by far some of the biggest rooms I've stayed for a standard double queen bed. Like it was nice. It had a kitchen, living room, and the rooms were long. Everything I think anyone could need for a hotel stay. Thin walls: so I did see some mentioning they could hear other rooms. Which is true but it wasn't that bad. I'm a light sleeper so I thought it would be a problem but not at all. There was one room close by having a party. But it wasn't any issue. Not enough to complain to the front desk. In all, would definitely recommend here.

My only complaint was there was only a third of a roll of toilet paper! No other rolls in the room. The sign in the bathroom says housekeeping comes every other day - I was there 4 nights and no one ever came. If housekeeping isn’t going to come, have a supply of toilet paper available!

I was very upset when I arrived at the property and found out that my room that I reserved was sold to someone else. I even called the night before to ensure that we would have the 2 rooms double queen beds next to each other. The front desk representative told me that he had them reserved for me. When we arrived at the hotel we had to stay in the 2 kings bed and that’s all they have left. The second morning, my 2 boys were being accused of stealing candy from the shelves and which my wife already asked the front desk Jayden to do the room charge. Jayden said: I can’t have your kids stealing candy 2 days in a row. I was very upset because we taught our kids not to take anything from anyone without asking for their permission. In fact my wife asked Jayden to do the room charge the first morning when my kids wanted candy. I asked Jayden to show me proof of my kids stealing candy since he said that they have cameras. He replied that his manager only had access to them and will contact me on Monday since his manager is off on the weekend. I would sure hope that Expedia is aware about this property and I would sure hoped that no one else had such a bad experience like us. Please help me and dig into this and clear our accusations. By the way their staff are not very friendly. I was hung up by Jayden when I was on the phone with him.
