Unfortunately the hotel was extremely busy and crowded. The check in line was long and extended across the lobby. Unfortunately, only one elevator out of 4 was working so there was another extensive line for the elevator. We ended up taking the steps (8th floor) after 25 min wait for elevator. The room was nice, however, our toilet would not flush. It seemed to be one thing after another.

Great staff, decent property

The staff is always superb. Our room this time was not nearly as nice or clean as our first stay. The view from the room was good (of Inner Harbor) and it is center of Inner Harbor. About a 15 minute walk to Camden and Pickles Pub. The pool was severely lacking chairs and the hot tub was still closed three years later. We love the property but this stay wasn’t as great as our first one.

The room I stayed was very clean and the bed and pillows were comfortable, needs some work the furniture was scratched and there was water damage on the ceiling. I’ll have prefer to know they charge 100$ per night not per stay at check in for security incidentals. The best feature was walking distance from the inner harbor.

Great weekend getaway

We loved our stay! The staff was extremely friendly. Our only issue was that our sink would not drain and the bathroom lights had cob webs all over them. The location is perfect for all local hot spots. Will be back!

Can't say enough about the kind, helpful, very friendly staff! Great location. Doing well at keeping an aging property clean and attractive. My room was very comfortable and well appointed, except there was a rip in a lampshade and the toilet leaked. Pool area seriously needs cosmetic improvement; clean skylights, paint, find a better way to cover non-functional hot tub, nicer plants and decor. (discussed all this with staff on site). Fantastic view from restaurant diminished by VERY dirty windows. However, excellent experience and I would highly recommend.

I’m not sure this hotel should be rated a 4 Star Hotel. It was 3 Stars at best. Derrick on the staff was absolutely wonderful, but that was about it. Our TV had issues, and so did its replacement. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Safety outside was an issue, it was just average,

The rooms and hallways need to be shampooed and there should be a double vanity with modern step in showers. Had to keep asking for fresh towels everyday even though housekeeping came daily. Alot of monry spent for subpar conditions
