Hot Springs stay

The place was great, with a water front view. Very clean inside and outside backyard. Carport and front door needs pressure washing badly. Most likely would stay here again. Thanks

Great Set Up!

We had all of the space we needed and more. The downstairs basement bedroom, bath and extra beds were perfect. The place was immaculate and we had everything we needed to cook and have family time. The cove is sheltered from the wind and waves from the main channel. We were able to float in the water and enjoy our space. Yes, the grill is not huge and I read before we rented but it was serviceable. We had a great time and would rent again! Thanks!!!

Great Common Areas

We enjoyed our family get-together here. Living room, kitchen, dining room and deck were great places to gather and spend time together. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the deck. The beds were comfortable and it was wonderful to have 3 bathrooms. There were no curtains or blinds on the room with 2 twin beds which was unsettling at night.

Property was clean, all things worked, a little sparse on kitchen items, but what was there was good. One bedroom in basement lacked some privacy with the 2 twin beds, but would be acceptable for kids

Perfect for us!

It was a good location for everything we wanted to do in Hot Springs. Sitting on the back deck, looking at the view and listening to the wildlife was so very peaceful. Just the break we needed!

Family Summer Trip 2022

House was clean and nice. The refrigerator was not working properly when we arrived and it was replaced by the next morning with a new frig. The owner was very responsive to our needs. House was right on the lake with easy access to Lake Hamilton.

Labor day vacation

The entire experience was seamless! We booked I called got code and we went!! Upon arriving pulling into drive it is obvious its an older home which I had studied on website. For a moment I was like...uhm...but as soon as I opened the door I saw exactly what was advertised. A very well done remodel !!! The wall of windows facing the lake channel was amazing and the kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and bedding was very nice. My only advice would be making more use of space in living area by rearranging television to end wall and adding more seating! The long deck and short walk to boat slip was wonderful. The swim deck could use some attention! But overall this place was perfect for me and my family. We were able to ride boat to eat T the wharf and to watch labor day fireworks ont he water. Highly recommend this place. Very clean and very nice!!

Bass boat christening trip

Everything was great..clean, cool , and comfortable. Ramp and dock were so convenient and made our first lake experience with our "new-old" bass boat great. Kids lived in the water...house description is quite accurate. The house smelled very clean..and not deodorized clean, but a true clean smell when you first entered. Beds comfy...need window coverings in bedrooms though to block outside lights..hard to get to sleep. Handy location....

Lake Hamilton Home

The docks are in need of some repairs, but overall the Home was perfect for our needs with plenty of room for family. The large deck was the perfect place to sit back and relax at the end of the day and became the gathering place while dinner was cooking on the grill.

Great location

This home is in a great location for exploring the Hot Springs area. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck early in the morning and watching the geese. The house includes bare minimum of most necessities and was not cleaned in all areas.

It was a great family home

Loved the place! The only recommendation we would have is to have more furniture in the living room area and better cable tv or satellite for live tv but we came during covid, Christmas Holidays and spent a lot of time there and I know most vacations wouldn't use all this a lot. But all in all we loved the place! The property managers were Great ! Always contacted us immediately back and took care of us "newbies" to this house rental and the area !

Hamilton get away

The property was nice. The house was big and had a lot of space. A few thing would be to clean up leaves and to maybe get a fire pit area. It would have been nice to sit around a fire on the cold nights. But otherwise it was really a nice stay.

Fun in Hot Springs

We had fun staying here! The location to everything was great. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the deck watching the geese float by as well a few canoes. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have 3 bathrooms, enough for everyone. The WiFi was a bit slow, but we were not there that much since we were out enjoying Hot Springs.

Expectations Exceeded

Pictures does not do this property justice! The lake view was beautiful!! The master bed had its own bathroom, 2nd room w/a queen bed had a bathroom right next to it. 3rd room w/a queen bed was downstairs. Check in was easy. Jeff was very welcoming and quick with responses each time we reached out to him. I will definitely recommend this rental!!

Awesome lake home on Lake Hamilton

We took a family vacation with friends, 4 adults, 4 kids. We had plenty of space. Amenities were great. Kitchen was completely stocked with everything we needed for cooking. House was clean. Description is spot on. If we vacation in this area again would definitely book this house again!

Great rental right on Lake Hamilton.

This property is newly renovated, clean, and super convenient! I agonized about choosing a rental property at Lake Hamilton for the weekend. I have a six month old, and older boys aged 7, 13, and 14, I really wanted a clean comfortable place for my family but more importantly my 6 month old... and I didn’t want to spend a fortune. This place was as cute as a button with freshly paint, tons of windows, and new furnishings, I felt so comfortable having my baby there even during a pandemic and it was really handy that the lower level served as a great area for all of the noisier older boys to sleep and hang out together with their own bathroom. We had no problems whatsoever during our stay and questions we had were answered quickly. We rented a boat for the weekend and were able to park it at the dock on the property during the night which was very handy. There were geese around which added to the charm! You really feel removed from it all and relaxed, even though grocery stores and shopping were only a couple of miles away. Really glad we chose this place and are looking forward to going back!

Relaxing and wonderful

We requested to check in early and property manager was extremely accommodating. He checked on us from time to time to make sure all was going well and see if we needed anything. The entire process was comfortable and easy. There was an ample amount of space we had 6 adults and a baby and never felt like we were overstepping each other. The wrap around deck is beautiful and it was great to sit outside and watch the geese/ducks, the turtles and occasionally see a fish jump. It was a little too warm to fish off the private dock but we rented a boat and the private boat slip made it simple and convenient to load and unload.
