Advertised as handicap accessible, toilet not handicap, no safety rail at toilet, beds too high for handicap accessibility, the beds had duvets with odd type coverings of half pieces of fabric for top and bottom. During the night the coverings would come off and you would get twisted up in them. Definitely a "no frills" room. No vent fan in bathroom, on day of departure there was NO COLD WATER in the bathroom! Hair dryer didn't work. Asking for handicap room and being placed on the 15th floor would be difficult if a fire as I cant use stairs! The restaurant on site too expensive for quality of food served, ordered surf and turf to receive a HUGE bake potato that was dry as powder, surf was 2 small shrimp and a 3x3 piece of white fish that the wait staff couldn't identify, filet was about the same size tough and cold. All very over cooked. The ribeye ordered medium came mid rare, tough and full of fat, marinated in some type of garlic preparation, our daughter ordered the lobster bisque which was tasty but cold. The entire meal was cold and approximately $137 with no drinks. The front desk person at 4 a.m. was not at all friendly saying she couldn't do check out and give zero receipt because she hadn't yet "rolled her day". Valets were friendly for the most part but some radiated their preference to not be there. No one seemed knowledgeable to surrounding restaurants. Overall a VERY POOR experience and we will definitely NOT return or recommend this hotel.

Even though some of the amenities were unavailable due to the COVID rules, this was great place to stay and the staff was great as well!

We loved the staff, profressional and friendly, very helpful. Didn't like position of toliet paper, hard to reach. Could use 2 more sets of towels. Other than that, loved the room.
