I hope this note finds you well. I apologize for this bad experience. I am very sorry regarding the confusion with the parking options. While it is true that we only offer valet parking, guests also have the option to use street parking that can usually be found nearby, or utilize any of the nearby pay lots. Please note that almost all of the Rivermarket hotels charge for parking. Information has been passed on to our concerned staff. Despite this, we hope to be able to welcome you back on a return visit to Little Rock.
