The rooftop patio was closed, which is understandable considering the rising covid rates currently. However, this was not posted anywhere during the online booking or online. The rooftop patio was the main reason I booked this hotel.

Front desk was very inattentive or concerned with customer service experience; you had to say “excuse me” to get their attention from their own conversations amongst staff.

My only complaint is that this facility requires valet parking on site and charges an additional $20/day. The price I agreed to play online was deceiving. Unprofessional. Also the check in process took forever because there wasn’t enough space for all of the cars trying to valet at the same time.

I hope this note finds you well. I apologize for this bad experience. I am very sorry regarding the confusion with the parking options. While it is true that we only offer valet parking, guests also have the option to use street parking that can usually be found nearby, or utilize any of the nearby pay lots. Please note that almost all of the Rivermarket hotels charge for parking. Information has been passed on to our concerned staff. Despite this, we hope to be able to welcome you back on a return visit to Little Rock.

My husband and I were unable to be picked up by a shuttle due to a concert, even though we had called the night before and advised we would need the service. Check in was brief and did not provide any information about hotel amenities, let alone how to operate the elevator with the key card. The city view was of a parking garage.
