The hotel is very quaint and historic. The location provides beautiful views. The free shuttle is very convenient. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Our room was comfortable, but the bathroom was disappointing. Space to do hair & makeup is limited. The bathroom door would not stay closed unless locked and lock was almost impossible to fasten. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall a pleasant experience.

The hotel is very old w/ a unique history. Had fun on the Ghost tour & have lots of pictures w/ ghosts in them! Had a “visitor” in our room! Had issues with our room w/ a leak in the ceiling from the toilet above. Won’t go into detail, but was very disappointed in the cleanliness & housekeeping was not good. The hotel gave us a refund to compensate w/o question, & that was great. Not sure I’d stay there again, though

We were disappointed with the overall condition of the of the room. The shower barely trickled so we couldn't wash our hair. They overcharged me but the line was so long to speak to someone at check out, I gave up. The view from the pizza place on the roof was quite beautiful.

Too old for my liking.

Reviews that I found stated The Crescent had been "updated", didn't see signs of this in my rooms #303 and #305. Too dark and gloomy, AC's are old noisy window units, low water pressure in showers, just too creepy. Hope you like lugging your own luggage cart around , the employees will NOT offer to help you!!! You're better off staying in a chain hotel or staying in one of the B & B's in downtown Eureka Springs, at least you would be closer to shopping. I like nostalgic places and things but The Cresent is too much of a blast from the past for me.

Waste of Money

Cons: Poor breakfast
Musty, bad repair, terrible food. The elevators don't work. Just way too little for the money

Nice old historic hotel, supposedly haunted!

Pros: Free Internet, historic
Cons: room 219 was very small
We enjoyed the stay at the Crescent Hotel in Room 219. Room was small and the bathroom was smaller. Still this was a quaint old historic hotel and well worth the stay. Take the haunted tour because it was fun and interesting. We got there a little before 3 PM and the room wasn't ready so we took a room on the second floor. The elevator was out too but there were plenty of willing young men to help carry the luggage up for a tip. What a great view from the 4th floor balcony of Eureka Springs. The ambiance was nice. Staff was extremely nice and I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay in an older historic hotel. Food was also very good.

Interesting place.

Pros: Free Internet, Quiet
Cons: Nothing close
Eureka springs is a treat. This hotel makes you feel like the past is still present. Even though it is off the beaten path, the courtesy driver was awesome. Never a worry.
