Great service and staff very helpful. The location was awesome: close to beach but also in heart of restaurants and shopping and bars/grills of waikiki. Taxis available all the time especially flat rate to airport. Hotel goes out of their way to accommodate late checkouts and smaller issues dealt with quickly. Overall awesome.

Paid $4,000 at the property for 9 nights. Original room was not bad overlooking the pool with partial ocean view. Accessible access to shops and walking down to the beach. Housekeeping staff on our 4th floor were very warm and friendly. They were the highlight. Prior to checking in, we were offered an option to extend our stay till 6pm for $210. This was supposed to be granted upon check in per the details provided. And this perk was misleading, as I thought we’d just be able to stay in our booked room. However, front desk staff kept putting me off daily. One guy acted as if my question was confusing as I explained trying to time when we planned to rent a car to show my sons more of the island if our extension wasn’t granted. On the last day, we had to then move to a crappy room that when looking out the window reminded me of a prison block. Had we received a room on that side of the complex I would have never stayed there. So be forewarned, the extended stay part is crap. We would have rather opted to rent a car and drive the island for the day with the option to drop our rental at the airport. Due to them putting me off, we ended up renting a car two days prior. Also they wouldn’t answer any calls after I had called to express my feelings about the room change. I called the second time due to the bathroom sink drain. Never would answer. However, they were the first to call when it was time to check out. If you don’t have a pool or ocean view, skip this property.

We had a wonderful experience at Outrigger. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Every interaction felt warm and thoughtful. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our stay. You can tell that attention to detail really matters here. The resort is in a great spot, walkable to everything. If you walk one way - you’re on the Main Street in Waikiki. Walk the other way along the boardwalk in the back and you can access a huge beach. The rooms are a good size and modern. We upgraded to a semi ocean view which was worth it. We enjoyed being on the balcony and watching the waves. The on site restaurants are very good and they have a few stores including a snacks/alcohol one which was great for afternoons on our balcony. All the staff are super friendly and they have a late checkout policy which is super helpful when you have a late night flight. We would stay here again.

Beautiful rooms and property. Easy beach access and nice pool where you can eat lunch too. Great restaurants and staff.

The room was great. We were disappointed in the availability of both restaurants. We had to wait 30 mins every time we went to the Monkey Pod. The other issue was that we were told that we could not sit in the pool area due to
