"First, the hotel staff were excellent and very courteous. Appreciate that very much. We had a very late check-in. Experience with Expedia helpdesk was less than optimum. The bill from hotel did not match expedia rates and still working to resolve.. The issue was not with any of the agents but the overall process it took for us to get things sorted out. Around 4 AM, The family next door was haring a fight and loudly yelling bad words and kids and all of us woke up hearing that which left was not feeling very good. Since we only reached the hotel around midnight. Also, there was lot of smoke smell in the room even though we asked for nonsmoking. Still working with Expedia on the refund."

"I left an article of clothing behind, hanging on the door. When I in packed and discovered it,; I called immediately. They said nothing was in the room or in the lost and found and basic said I was wrong that I never left it. My person moved it from the chair to the wardrobe door so when I packed up I missed it. Needless to say the cleaning person kept it for herself or gave it to someone else. Very disappointing. I have not been able to find a replacement for the garment."
