"I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo Baltimore Downtown. I arrived in Baltimore very early after traveling overnight and honestly wasn’t expecting to be able to check in. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and offered an early check-in option, which completely changed the course of my trip. After a long night of travel, being able to get into my room and rest was priceless. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and easily one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in. The room was spacious, quiet, and well-maintained, and the location in Mount Vernon was perfect for exploring the city. What stood out most, however, was the hospitality. Every interaction felt warm and welcoming. As a solo traveler, that makes a huge difference. This trip exceeded my expectations, and Hotel Indigo played a big part in that. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Baltimore."

"The African American woman (front desk person) was very helpful and was extremely polite and hospitable. Being that I was a solo female traveler, She did not announce my floor or room number. She discretely gave me my key. I greatly appreciated that. She was also helpful with giving me directions. The hotel could use a little upgrade. Although I got a non-smoking room, I could smell cigarette smoke in my room and the hallway. The hotel is within walking distance from the Inner Harbor and many attractions, but there seems to be a good amount of homeless people in the area."
