"The breakfast menu is great, parking is easy, rooms are nice and we love, love, love the prairie dog town and the amazing tile mural is astonishing. BUT!!! Alexus and Rachel on the weekends will make you want to stay there even if you just live across the street. Are there nicer people in this whole world? I think not. They just make you glad to be alive. Hearts all around!!"

"room was filthy upon check in- pillows had head prints but made, trash in bathroom, carpet had not been vacuumed, empty plastic cups on night stand. Hotel insisted it had been cleaned and I forced them to come up and look for themselves. Then when we put the kids to bed in the pull out couch, the bed was unmade. I went down to front desk and they said they don't have enough sheets to make the pull outs and housekeeping leaves at 2 PM so I could make the bed myself. Sheets and pillows were not in the room and it took 20 minutes for someone to find some- then handed me the sheets and blanket in a black trash bag. The next night the housekeeper left 2 towels for the 4 of us in the room. The VIP acess pass with 2 drinks per room was not allowed unless there were 2 checks- only one free drink coupon allowed at the entire table. Ridiculos "

"I would not recommend it. The pool was down hot tub was down. There’s no breakfast or dinner like there was supposed to be."

"Breakfast looked good. The only problem was they dont open until 6:30. I was taking my wife to the hospital daily and had to leave at 6:30 so I was only able to grab a coffee and a piece of pastry on the run. Pay the attendant an extra 1/2 hour wage and open at 6 for those that have to be on the road early. Also I was dismayed to hear that they charge $5 a day to park. The lot was spacious and this is a suburban hotel so I question the reasoning for this. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet."
