Quiet for an in city location

We were comfortable and pleased at how quiet it was for being so close to campus. A little nostalgic walking past the frat houses. A nice place to rest and regroup after the chaos of a family event.

Not for summer use

One small window air conditioner in the dining room doesn’t cool the house at all. Next to a liquor store. Trash in the yard. Park in the dirt back yard. Two units in the house.

Great house close to everything!

This is a cute bungalow type house with a great front porch for sitting. The bedrooms are big, with nice beds. The house was clean, tidy and not fussy. Which is a HUGE plus for me! it is walking distance to fun shops and dinning options. The host was terrific!
