Although only one night, we enjoyed our spacious room with a view. A full bar in the restaurant was welcome after a long day. Great location with easy access to Hwy 34.

Nice staff, lovely room, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awful, croissants were old and stale, bagels were frozen in the middle, no fruit, limited cereal and disappointing

We never expected such a lovely little spot! Mountain town lodging can be hit or miss. The room was so comfortable, with lots of space to relax. We loved the fireplace and the balcony. During our stay, we had some car issues, and had to stay a second night. The level of care and kindness we were shown was such a stress relief for us! The lobby is a bit odd, because most of that space is for a bar and grill. Odd doesn’t mean bad, it was just different. We enjoyed having a drink after a day of enjoying grand lake and RMNP. Thank you gateway! We will most definitely be back!!

The hotel is quite dated, but the bed was comfy and the staff very friendly. We had a complimentary breakfast which was a nice touch and wasn’t expected. Great views of the mountains from our room and easy parking.

Overall, happy with our stay. It was really close to the Rocky Mountain National park. The staff were great, our room was good. Grand lake is such a quaint little town. The fall foliage was sooo pretty! We enjoyed a quiet and chill stay! Thank you!

Breakfast was a small table with bread, bagels, oatmeal n cereal. We usually have breakfast bars so we had that. Hotel is very nice n comfortable rooms. This is part of a month long trip thru Southwest to hit National Parks and bed was so comfortable. Would stay here again if out by Rockies

We were EXTREMELY disappointed in the two rooms that we booked. We reserved and paid for "Room details -- Luxury Room, 1 Bedroom, Fireplace, Mountain View". Instead, we got 2 standard rooms with artificial fireplaces, a broken screen door, poor service in the restaurant for breakfast, etc...
