Rundown facility, dirty windows. They advertised breakfast but all they had was a few cheerios and no milk.

Dirty hotel. Bed sheets were dirty and hairy. Definitely were not changed.

Didn’t like how I had to remind them 3 times that we had no bed sheets on our beds. Then when they did they just threw them on the bed and did not make them for us. They didn’t have much for their hot breakfast and when asked they said that’s all that they had with an hour and a half left

The rooms are old and outdated. The floor had not been vacuumed ..or if it had been not well. There was trash behind the night stand…a whole wad of Kleenex or something. For the price we paid I expected better.

Too noisy. Rooms are not sound proof and other quests made noise until 2:00 am in the common area.

Where to begin. Staff were friendly but rough looking. Check in is when I was told the outdoor key card reader in that part of the building did not work. Which means if I wanted to take a swim, that's why a made a reservation here, I would have to walk around in the cold outside to get into my room. Not good so I didn't swim. Upon entering the room the chair looked like something from a thrift shop. It was dirty and very badly faded. The ottoman looked like it was from a different decade and didn't match anything in the room. I plugged my computer cord into the lamp on the desk and found the light did not work. I changed the light from one with the bedside lamp then realized the lamp was not getting any power at all. I unplugged the lamp from the wall and plugged it into the power strip and all was good. Overall the room was clean but very dated. The bathroom is quite small and both the sink and tub drain are very slow. After a shower the tub had about three inches of water to drain. Some of the clientele are a bit sketchy. On the morning I left one guy one guy was cutting cookies in the snowy parking lot in his pick-up truck. Never mind the other customer cars parked. When I went to the front desk to check out there were a couple guys drinking beer at 9:00 a.m. and smoking in the entrance. My advice, keep driving.

We are sorry to hear you were not pleased with your stay. All exterior and interior sleeping room key card readers are in working order. Our system is individual to each door, not per section. The day of your stay an exterior door reader to a hall entrance was not reading correctly, so we apologize for the misunderstanding. We try our best to accommodate each guests needs and work hard to limit any behavior that may occur outside that does not reflect our property standards. Thank you for your review.
