The restaurant offered a delicious breakfast with great views of the pool area and marina.The view from our room was beautiful and location is very convenient! Absolutely Beautiful hotel!!!! The staff extremely nice !!!! This was a wonderful stay . Although the food wasn’t good . We ordered a pizza not only was it 40 dollars for one cheese pizza it was absolutely disgusting! Threw the whole pizza away it had so cheese and tasted worse then one you could eat from Walmart. Ps. Pizza Hut delivers to the hotel.

Overall we had a great stay. Staff was amazing! Upkeep of the hotel however has gone down. I’ve stayed here many times in the past and it is not as nice as it once was. Lobby floors are worn out and dull in appearance. Tiles in bathroom are as well. One of the pictures in our room was actually held together with electrical tape. Very disappointing as this was once an amazing hotel!!

The room had a very bad odor. I am assuming it was because the room had not been used in a while. When the front desk was informed nothing was addressed. The tub was peeling. Carpet was old and stained. The view was amazing of the Marina that was the only good thing about the stay.

We came out for my husband’s 50th and to have a golf day. The hotel staff were the friendliest and most helpful! The room was perfect and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Our temps were below 50 and the outdoor hot tub was incredible! We had fabulous drinks at the Reflections bar, and though the Waterscape restaurant was closed, we still had the ability to order delicious food to our room or at Reflections. There were even some local residents who came in just for the soup! We will definitely be returning!

The room was well-appointed with very nice bedding and grooming products in the bathroom. The outdoor pool area was wonderful, with the addition of it being heated along with having a nice hot tub. Very nicely-decorated lobby, with nice Christmas accents.

The shower leaked all over the place. The ceiling fan squeaked whenever it was turned on I could not adjust the temperature, so it was 74° in norm room. The entire time.

The resort was very nice, our room was excellent. The staff were very nice and helpful, the pool looked beautiful and the hot tub was a perfect way to end the evening. My only two issues were that the bed was extremely firm (a personal preference), and I wish the water pressure was better. Other than that, it was a perfect stay. We would love to come back!
