The staff was very friendly and accommodating when we had problems with our 1st floor room. Too many dogs at this hotel! I saw dogs urinating just outside the entrance and waste littering the grounds. Hotel has gone to the dogs!

The room was freezing. Initially someone came right away to fix the thermostat. It warmed for maybe an hour. A few hours later we could not get anyone to answer the phone to discuss the 60 degree room with AC continuing to blow and there were no additional blankets in the room to use. Husband went down to counter at 4am for assistance and no one was there. After waiting a few minutes he walked to the 'back' room where staff were sitting and was rudely advised that he would be 'helped' at the front counter. No one came to assist and at 430am we advised the front counter staff we were going to leave. Not one staff member apologized for the frigid conditions 'until' I turned to leave after dropping off the room cards and checking out. She asked, "Is there anything else we can do to assist you? Can we buy you breakfast?" #1 They didn't do anything to assist in the first place. #2 Seriously, you're offering breakfast while I am walking out the door? WAY too little too late for an absolutely miserable night. I use to work in the travel industry and this was unacceptable. I now work in health care. How would 'you' respond if I treated you or your loved one this way in the hospital?
