Very clean, staff were pleasant but completely unable to solve the smallest problem. I was told the reason the safe wouldn’t work was it needed a battery but no one could do it until the next day, asked for someone to do it ASAP the next day, no one ever showed up. Phones were non functional so had to walk to the front desk when we needed something. Needed a do not disturb tag for our door. Front desk didn’t know where they were, finally swiped one off a cleaning cart. Just small things but could have been easily fixed and weren’t.

First of all, I believe when you were told that we would have to call maintenance regarding the safe, you said "I don't mind as long as they come in the morning". The next day maintenance knocked on the door and there was no answer. So he could not go in and change the batteries to the safe. As for the phones the lighting storm fried our phone lines and we had a tech working on them. We have 72 rooms and many different lines that were in the process of being repaired. For that we are sorry for the inconvenience. However, we were doing all we could. As for the Do not disturb sign, Those are placed and checked in the rooms everyday as we do not like to use the same ones especially with Covid. My desk agent is brand new and we try to cover everything in the training we give but some issues just can not foreseen. So we learn as we go, and honestly the DO NOT DISTURB sign has never been an issue. So you see, these "small things" that could have been "easily fixed" were just not so. That being said we thank for your feedback and hope you come and see us again!

we picked this hotel because of the indoor pool/jacuzzi. unfortunately, it was overrun by kids in the evening, with 9 in the hot tub. so we didn't get to use it. maybe you could have a cut off time for kids like 9:30p, and then let the adults have some quiet time?

Loved the layout of King Size suite with jacuzzi. Bed and pillows were perfect. Staff member Sean went above and beyond with great customer service. Now for the cons. If a national chain like Days Inn is going to advertise a full continental breakfast, that’s what it should be, or it’s false advertising. Not a small frozen breakfast burrito and packaged muffin. They can’t keep blaming lack of what they advertise on COVID. While we were there for three nights, they ran out of just about everything; coffee from the machine, coffee pods for the rooms, paper cups, breakfast items and other items. I had to ask for an ice bucket which they insisted was in the room, but wasn’t. I went to the front desk twice and told them they needed to find me something to put ice in because the food I had would go bad. They said they were out of ice buckets, but they eventually found me one. The refrigerator wasn’t working that good and after we defrosted it, we were able to get it working to a temperature that was just enough to keep our food safe for consumption. The phones need to be fixed as well. It was impossible to talk to the front desk. They had to call my cell phone because the phone in the room kept disconnecting the call. It’s the little things that make a difference for a well run business. Each of these separately would be fine, but all at once, not acceptable. Staff Sean made our stay great.

Room was disappointing very noisy air conditioning hard bed and pillows and the carpet was old and nasty with a musty smell.

I like to book hotels with breakfast, but given the times we live in, I realized that might not be the usual. Most places we stayed on our trip were advertising "breakfast" but would actually only provide coffee, and maybe a muffin in a paper bag. Okay. Wyndham took it down a notch, by offering a "hot breakfast item" per guest, but putting a literally frozen burrito in our take out bag. Not a frozen burrito which had been heated, of course, but a still rock-hard, ice-cold frozen burrito.
